It probably has a 5.9L 12 valve Cummins/Allison 6-speed combo. That should be worth at least $3.50

Depends how well the camper conversion was done. If it is quality work it would be hard to duplicate for that price.

I don’t know about the price but those overhangs are damn impressive. Must have terrible approach and departure angles, though

That looks like a Blue Bird better built school bus body. My dad grew up in Iowa and worked at a Blue Bird plant as a teenager. Apparently that was their motto for school buses.

Intersting, I’m fairly certain my granddad was head of body engineering for Blue Bird in Fort Valley. If he wasn’t the head, he was certainly up there.
